*) Ability to save all VFB color corrections as a LUT file.
*) Texture maps for VRayScatterVolumeMtl material;

RT improvements:
*) In-process RT engine (no separate command-line pops up; allows for choosing GPU devices in the renderer UI, multiple backburner renderers etc);
*) Support for VRayFur on GPU;
*) Support for light include/exclude on GPU;
*) Support for hair and particles from .vrmesh and Alembic files on GPU;
*) Initial support for GLSL shaders on GPU;
*) Better support for AMD GPUs;
*) Support for Multitile texture on GPU;
*) Support for VRayPlane;

Aaaaaah! J'avais pas vu que ça passerait aussi vite dans les builds officiels.
J'ai flippé de proder sur une nightly mais la c'est carrément cool pour les anims :D

No more subdiv.... mais mais je vais être perdus moi sans mes réglages de subdiv de partout  :lol:

Bah franchement, on expérimente depuis quelques semaines des presets se basant sur le MSR et un Global Subdivs Multiplier à 0 et c'est clairement une bonne direction !!

No offense mais j'ai pas saisi la dernière phrase ! :D

 

Sinon en effet, comme dirait notre président, choc de simplification et optimisation en vue, yeepee ! Depuis le temps ! Je savais que ça servais à rien de me mettre dedans à 200% dans tous ces réglages relou, avec le temps l'industrie s'adapte (aux flemmards) et tend à simplifier les choses (corona, Maxwell...)

C'est pas faux, les dernier rendus que j'ai fait en utilisant cette technique m'ont fait des trucs assez sympas même dans des anims avec de la GI...

A mon avis, ils voient d'un mauvais oeil la popularité de softs type Corona ... parce que çà bosse dur aussi chez Render Legion !

 

 

La compétition a du bon :).

 

C'est clair que Corona ne fait que monter. Ils sont assez rapides avec les mises à jours.

Ca rafraichis un peu le secteur je trouve.
